Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned and you may want to cancel your subscription to Salesmaa. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription to Salesmaa at any time. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and go to the "My Account" page. From there, you can select the option to cancel your subscription.
Please note that cancellation of your subscription will not automatically result in a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable to enterprise organizations. Individual users are not eligible for refunds.
If you are an enterprise organization and would like to request a refund, please send an email to support@salesmaa.comwithin 30 days of your subscription date. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days.
Deleting Your Account
If you would like to delete your Salesmaa account, you can do so at any time. When you delete your account, all user information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
To delete your account, log in to your account and go to the "My Account" page. From there, select the option to delete your account.
